Accordingly, we have been a regular participant at Metef for many years: Metef 2010 will be DUBAL’s fi fth such event. On each occasion, we have been extremely successful at using the forum to showcase our brand, products and services; as well as to unveil our ambitions and future plans. The latter include our corporate vision to expand our market portfolio from 1 million to 2.4 million metric tonnes of cast aluminium products per year - an aspiration in which the European market will play a key role. With the fi rst phase of the green-fi eld EMAL smelter development in Abu Dhabi coming on stream in April 2010, the volume of metal that DUBAL will offer the world market is set to grow substantially. We are confi dent that Metef 2010 will again provide an important opportunity to increase our market penetration, specifi cally in Europe.”
- 01.18.2010 - Savelli Spa at Foundeq 2010
- Foundeq is a must for the Brescia-based Savelli Spa, historic Italian leader in planning and turn-key installation of complete foundries, so they will be an exhibitor at the 2010 exhibition, too.
The company has recently obtained an order from the German Buderus Kanalguss GmbH, company of the Meierguss Group, for the modernization of one of the two existing moulding lines, as well as an order from the Chinese Liuzhou Wuling Liuji Power Co., Ltd for the delivery of a new F1 horizontal flask molding line 1100x900x320/320mm destined exclusively to the production of engine-blocks using the new generation mold compaction process Formimpress® and, in alternative, the air flow.
- 01.18.2010 - The many foreign delegations
- There are more than 30 official delegations organized by Metef-Foundeq in collaboration with Assomet, Amafond and the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE) which affirm the role of the exhibition as an international reference event for the metallurgical industry.
Among the foreign operators who from the 14th to the 17th of April will flood the Garda Exhibition Centre pavilions we announce the presence of delegates from Algeria, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Croatia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Greece, India, Iran, Libya, Morocco, Poland, Quebeq, the Czech Republic, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Siberia, Slovenia, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, the Ukraine, the USA, Vietnam and the attendance of many very significant others still being developed.
To these add the delegation of ESTAL (European Surface Treatment On Aluminium) which joins the European aluminium surface treatment associations; the delegation is comprised of representatives from 13 European countries.
This is an attendance of qualified foreign operators which has no equal in the European exhibition scene and which gives the event an exclusive international dimension. Metef-Foundeq thus responds to the need - often heard from exhibiting companies - to look beyond Italian borders in search of strategic markets, quality customers and new business opportunities, especially in the moment in which the end of the deep crisis that has hit the industrial system worldwide is seen.
